AACN ANNUAL INVESTOR CONFERENCE

The conference showcases Nigeria as a robust investment destination amid global economic challenges, the Association provides a platform for participants to boost their understanding of the Nigerian capital market. In line with our commitment to promote investment, the Annual Investor Conference highlights the Nigerian capital market’s pivotal role in the country’s economic development.

This year’s conference is set to take place at the London Marriott Canary Wharf Hotel on Thursday, May 16, 2024, with the theme “Nigeria: Open to the World”

The event will emphasize sustainability, financial market growth, and the positive impact of political transitions. Noteworthy attendees include CMOs, local and foreign investors, regulators, and FMIs.
Senior representatives from key agencies, such as:

• The Federal Ministry of Finance
• The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN)
• The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
• The Financial Markets Dealers Quotation (FMDQ) Holdings Plc
• The Nigerian Exchange Group Plc (NGX)
• The Central Securities Clearing System (CSCS) Plc, are expected to participate.

Building on the success of the past twelve conferences held between 2012 and 2023, which received positive feedback from an audience of around 100 institutional investors, issuers, regulators, custodians, broker-dealers, fund/asset managers, and registrars primarily from Europe and the UK, this year’s event is poised for even greater success.
